Refund policy

30 day money back guarantee

Your first order is covered by our 30 day money back guarantee on unopened bottles. Write to contact@slankea.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, then send the unopened bottles back, and we refund you in full.

Opened bottles cannot be refunded. For hygiene and food safety reasons, a bottle whose seal has been broken cannot be returned or refunded.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned bottles. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear.
• Payments are processed by Whop, our seller of record, who issues the refund.
• The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order.

Broken bottles

If a bottle arrives broken, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will refund it.

A different or damaged packaging (box, label, outer wrapping) is not a reason for a refund when the bottle itself is intact.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK)

You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by writing to contact@slankea.com. For hygiene reasons, this right only covers unopened bottles returned in their original condition.

Discounted items

Any item bought at a reduced price is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
