Shipping policy

Shipping

Every Slankea order ships free, with tracking.

• Where we ship: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the European Union, Iceland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
• Processing: orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours on working days.
• Delivery time: usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take a few days longer.
• Tracking: you receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
• Duties and taxes: VAT is included in the price. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery in the Nordics and the EU.

Subscriptions

Each subscription delivery ships automatically at the end of your period (every 15, 45 or 75 days depending on your pack), with the same free tracked shipping.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to contact@slankea.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you.
